What information do you need to provide a quotation?
We have a form that we ask clients to complete, which covers all the key details needed to provide an
accurate quotation. Once we have this information, we can tailor a quotation to your specific requirements.
What are the dimensions of the unit?
Our plunge pool chillers are available in different unit sizes, with dimensions determined by the capacity and
operational requirements of your pool. This ensures the most efficient and reliable cooling performance for
your specific setup.
What else do I need to consider for my cold pool or cold plunge?
The pump and filtration system are not included with the chiller. These can either be supplied
by us or sourced independently, depending on your preference.
Does it clean the water?
No, the chiller does not include filtration. You will need to arrange a suitable filtration system for your pool
or we can supply this at an additional cost.
What is the warranty?
Yes, we include a two year fully comprehensive warranty.
Does the machine require any maintenance?
The chiller will not require any ongoing maintenance.
Can this be used for commercial as well as residential?
Yes, we can scale the capacity dependent upon your requirements.
How much electricity does it use?
Our plunge pool chillers use inverter driven variable speed compressors and full insulation to minimise energy consumption. Actual electricity usage depends on several factors, including the pool’s design, construction quality, and insulation. Other considerations such as location (indoor or outdoor), exposure to sunlight, frequency of use, and whether a cover is applied will also influence overall energy consumption.
What plumbing requirements are there?
We recommend using 1.5″ piping throughout your pool system to ensure proper flow rates and optimal performance.
All piping should be insulated to reduce energy loss and should run directly to the location planned for your chiller.
Where can the chiller be installed, and what should I consider?
The chiller can be installed in both indoor and outdoor locations, provided the area is well-ventilated. Ideally, the
equipment should be placed as close to the pool as possible to mitigate efficiency and energy losses.
